THE ROLE OF ETHNOCULTURE IN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The article analyzes the issue of the relevance of the Uzbek ethnoculture and its fundamental ideas, values, and views, which are striving to preserve their identity in the process of ideological struggles as a result of the intensification of the information flow on a global scale and the spread of various false values, the relevance of the national idea and ideology today, the self-awareness of the Nation, its affirmation as a carrier of certain material and spiritual values, its belonging to a certain ethnic unity, state, language, culture, customs, traditions and values, and the need and specific ways to develop and enrich them. Also, the importance of the issue of preserving national values and passing them on to future generations today is presented, its philosophical and scientific foundations are presented.

This research investigates the linguistic and cultural features of gastronomic terminology in English and Uzbek. It explores the ways food reflects traditions, values, and lifestyles, emphasizing how unique cultural contexts shape gastronomic expressions. The study compares traditional Uzbek dishes like palov and somsa with English dishes such as pie and pudding, highlighting linguistic and cultural differences. Additionally, the work examines the impact of globalization on the exchange of culinary terms between the two languages. The findings contribute to the understanding of cross-cultural communication and the role of food in fostering mutual respect.

ETHNO-CULTURAL AND SPIRITUAL FOUNDATIONS OF PERSONAL AESTHETIC CULTURE

The Uzbek people, in addition to the universal ideas of sophistication characteristic of other peoples, have spiritual and ideological conditions unique to this people that form the aesthetic culture of the individual and society. In fact, the Uzbek family, according to its traditions and history, raises its youth in the spirit of growing up, enjoying national sophistication and wisdom. The moral and aesthetic culture of older family members is especially important in the education of young people, that is, taste, spirituality, women's school of manners, love of literature and art, decency and the desire for sincerity.
