TRANSFORMATION OF VALUE GOALS IN YOUTH IN AN INFORMED CULTURAL SPACE.

In the article, the author analyzes the transformation of value objects in the process of generational change in the conditions of social relations in society using the example of “prayers”, which are part of folklore in the cultural space. For all eras, a specific value object is manifested, and its variability or continuity necessarily depends on the existing socio-political and cultural characteristics. The lack of a reliable source or database at all times requires the researcher to search for specific methodological approaches. In determining the transformation of value objects in an information society, a specific approach, which has not been paid much attention to in local sociological studies, namely, the factors influencing the worldview of values in “prayers”, were analyzed. In the future, the importance of this approach may play a special role in expressing theoretical and methodological approaches in cultural anthropology and sociology of religion.

MORPHOMETRIC CHANGES IN THE WALL OF THE VENTRICLES OF THE HEART IN OFFSPRING BORN FROM PARENTS WITH DIABETES

This article studies the morphometric changes observed in the wall of the ventricles of the heart of offspring born to parents with diabetes. In the experimental study, the structure of cardiac cardiomyocyte cells, capillary network, and myocardium was analyzed. According to the results, thickening of the heart wall, cardiomyocyte hypertrophy, and an increase in the amount of interstitial connective tissue were detected in diabetic offspring. These changes were evaluated as early morphological signs of functional disorders in the heart. The results of the experimental study can serve as a scientific and practical basis for studying the effect of diabetes on the structure of the heart of offspring based on in-depth scientific results and developing measures to eliminate the complications and consequences of maternal diabetes in the heart of the offspring.

MORPHOLOGICAL STATUS IN THE INTESTINES OF THE OFFspring BORN WITH DIABETES DISEASE

Diabetes in the mother causes inflammatory-dystrophic changes in the vascular-tissue structures of the small intestine of the offspring born from them. Morphofunctional disorders in blood vessels play a leading role on the basis of pathomorphological disorders in the small intestine. These processes lead to trophic disturbances, dystrophic and degenerative changes in intestinal tissue structures in the late periods of postnatal ontogenesis.
