SCIENTIFIC-METHODICAL BASIS OF INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF LAND RESOURCES MANAGEMENT THROUGH DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE LAND Cadastre SYSTEM

This scientific article provides an in-depth analysis of the modern stages of development of the land management and land cadastre system, the scientific and methodological foundations of their digital transformation, and their impact on the efficiency of land resource management. The study scientifically substantiates the integration of geodetic measurements, GIS technologies, and remote sensing methods in increasing the accuracy and reliability of land cadastre data. The economic, legal, and environmental effectiveness of the digital land cadastre system is also assessed, and scientific conclusions and practical recommendations for its improvement are developed.

MODELING THE SPREAD OF AIR POLLUTION USING GAT

This article is devoted to the study of methods, possibilities and practical significance of modeling the distribution of air pollution using geographic information systems (GIS). The article describes methods for analyzing the spatial and temporal distribution of air pollution based on data from ground monitoring stations, transport and industrial zones, and remote sensing technologies. It is also shown that the models developed using GIS are of practical importance in the application of environmental monitoring, urban planning and sustainable development strategies.
