This article theoretically explores the benefits, functions and characteristics of venture capital. Its importance in the economy of our country and government programs in connection with this have been studied.

In the article, under the influence of anthropogenic and man-made factors, heavy metals, nitrite and fluorine contained in mineral fertilizers accumulate in the soil under the main driving layer. However, it was noted that there are no modern innovative and information communication technologies that allow assessing the actual sanitary-ecological condition of the country. More than a hundred substances and chemical compounds that fall into the soil through irrigation over the years eventually fall into the soil and degrade it.
