In this article, the analysis of the dynamics and main directions of spiritual and cultural reforms carried out in Uzbekistan and today, the choice of the path of development of spiritual and cultural reforms as the right path finds its practical confirmation. This article contains comments on the moral treatises of “Sheikh al-rais” – Abu Ali ibn Sina, who lived and worked in Transoxiana. Also is analyzed the importance of wisdom in the spiritual maturity of a person, which is presented in such treatises of the thinker as “Tadbiru-l-manzil”, “Risola fi-l-akhlok”.
