In recent years, social partnership, that is, cooperation between civil society and the state, has taken an important place in modern public administration. This cooperation is one of the main tools for jointly solving socio-economic problems, assisting in the implementation of the social functions of the state, and strengthening civil society. Uzbekistan is also developing its experience in this direction. This article discusses the theoretical foundations, forms, advantages, problems, and the current situation of social partnership in Uzbekistan.

THE ROLE OF INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND COOPERATION IN ENSURING TRANSPARENCY IN UZBEKISTAN'S GOVERNMENT

This article analyzes the role of international experience and cooperation in ensuring transparency in public administration in Uzbekistan. It examines the mechanisms of implementing openness policies in different countries, particularly in the Scandinavian states, the United States, and the European Union, highlighting their advantages and effective aspects. The study also explores Uzbekistan’s recent reforms aimed at promoting transparency, including the development of the e-government system, the open data portal, the establishment of People’s Reception Offices, and cooperation with international organizations. The article emphasizes the necessity of adapting international practices to local conditions and proposes prospective directions for further advancement of transparency policies.

The article analyzes the digitalization processes of small businesses in Uzbekistan. The theoretical foundations and practical significance of the use of digital technologies are covered. The reforms implemented within the framework of the "Digital Uzbekistan-2030" strategy have been studied. The advanced experiences of countries such as South Korea and Singapore have been analyzed. The current state of small business digitalization in Uzbekistan, achievements and existing problems have been identified. The main advantages and opportunities of implementing digital technologies are shown. Infrastructure, institutional and financial proposals have been developed for the further development of small business digitalization.
