SOCIAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL CHOICE MOTIVATION IN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

This article broadly analyzes the socio-psychological factors that influence the formation of career choice motivation among upper secondary school students, including family environment, peer group, educational institution, and personal-psychological characteristics. The influence of these factors on professional orientation, interests, and decision-making processes is examined. Based on observations and theoretical analysis, practical recommendations for improving career guidance work in schools have been developed.

INVESTIGATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF LIGHT INTENSITY ON THE PHOTOELECTRIC PARAMETERS OF SILICON SOLAR CELLS

This study investigates the influence of light intensity on the main photoelectric parameters of silicon solar cells. An analysis was carried out on the dependences of short-circuit current, open-circuit voltage, fill factor, and conversion efficiency on the level of incident radiation. The physical processes of charge carrier generation and recombination, which determine the operation of solar cells under different illumination levels, are examined. It was established that the short-circuit current depends linearly on light intensity, whereas the open-circuit voltage follows a logarithmic relationship. It is shown that variations in illumination give rise to nonlinear effects associated with internal losses and the parameters of the p–n junction. The research results make it possible to identify the factors limiting the efficiency of silicon solar cells and may be used in the optimization of photovoltaic systems.

CHARACTERISTICS AND CAUSES OF INTERVERTEBRAL DISC HERNIATION

This article examines the characteristics and primary causes of intervertebral disc herniation, one of the most common spinal disorders. It describes the anatomical and physiological characteristics of intervertebral discs, the mechanisms of degenerative changes, and the clinical manifestations of the disease depending on the location of the herniation. Particular attention is paid to risk factors such as a sedentary lifestyle, excess weight, hereditary predisposition, unhealthy habits, and occupational stress. The importance of early diagnosis and timely conservative treatment to prevent surgical intervention is emphasized.

FEATURES OF DEVELOPING SPEAKING SKILLS IN ENGLISH

The acquisition of English speaking proficiency represents a multidimensional cognitive-linguistic process, wherein fluency, accuracy, and pragmatic appropriateness converge as core parameters. This paper delineates the intrinsic features underpinning the development of oral communicative competence, with emphasis on psycholinguistic mechanisms, contextual variability, and interactional dynamics. Anchored in contemporary pedagogical paradigms, including Communicative Language Teaching and Task-Based Instruction, the study critically evaluates methodological trajectories and their efficacy in fostering productive speech performance. Particular attention is given to extralinguistic impediments—such as affective filters and intercultural interference—that constrain oral output. The analysis concludes by offering evidence-based pedagogical insights aimed at optimizing the speaking skill acquisition process in ESL contexts.
